1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment, visiting Dr. Abinash's Homeo Clinic, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the patient or patient's guardian) and Dr. Abinash's Homeo Clinic. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Medical Services

2.1 Nature of Treatment

Dr. Abinash Sharma, BHMS, provides homeopathic treatment based on classical homeopathic principles. Homeopathy is a system of alternative medicine that treats patients using highly diluted natural substances to stimulate the body's self-healing mechanisms.

2.2 Consultation Process

• Initial consultation involves detailed case taking covering medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and constitutional factors
• Follow-up consultations are necessary to monitor progress and adjust treatment
• Patients must provide complete and accurate medical information
• Concealing medical information may affect treatment outcomes and is discouraged

2.3 Treatment Approach

Our treatment focuses on addressing the root cause of illness rather than suppressing symptoms. We follow ethical homeopathic practices and do not make unrealistic promises or guarantees of cure. Each case is unique and requires individual assessment.

3. Patient Responsibilities

3.1 Information Accuracy

• Provide complete and accurate medical history
• Inform about all current medications and treatments
• Disclose allergies, sensitivities, and previous reactions
• Update us about any changes in health condition

3.2 Treatment Compliance

• Take prescribed homeopathic remedies as directed
• Follow dietary and lifestyle recommendations
• Attend scheduled follow-up appointments
• Report any unusual reactions or side effects immediately
• Do not self-medicate or alter prescribed remedies without consultation

3.3 Communication

• Inform the clinic of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance
• Keep contact information updated
• Respond to follow-up queries promptly

4. Appointment Policy

4.1 Scheduling

• Appointments can be scheduled via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person
• We operate on a first-come, first-served basis unless emergency cases require prioritization
• Appointment times are approximate; some delays may occur due to emergency cases

4.2 Cancellations

• Cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance
• Repeated no-shows may result in future appointment restrictions
• The clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

4.3 Late Arrivals

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to accommodate other patients. We appreciate your punctuality.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Consultation Fees

• Consultation fees are due at the time of service
• Fees may vary based on consultation type (initial vs. follow-up)
• Medicine costs are separate from consultation fees

5.2 Payment Methods

• We accept cash, UPI, and digital payment methods
• Receipts are provided for all payments
• Refunds are not provided for consultations already rendered

5.3 Insurance

Currently, we do not directly bill insurance companies. Patients may submit receipts to their insurance providers for potential reimbursement, subject to their policy terms.

6. Medical Records and Confidentiality

• All medical records are confidential and protected under patient-doctor privilege
• Records are maintained as per legal requirements
• Patients have the right to access their medical records
• Information is not shared with third parties without explicit consent
• Medical records may be shared with other healthcare providers only with patient authorization

7. Treatment Limitations

7.1 Emergency Situations

For medical emergencies such as severe injuries, heart attacks, strokes, or acute severe conditions, please contact emergency services (dial 108/112) or visit the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.

7.2 Concurrent Treatment

If you are undergoing treatment with other healthcare providers or taking conventional medications, please inform us. We work collaboratively and do not advise stopping prescribed medications without consulting your primary physician.

7.3 Surgical Cases

Homeopathy can support pre and post-surgical recovery but does not replace necessary surgical interventions. We will advise you honestly if a condition requires surgical consultation.

8. Minors and Consent

• Treatment of minors (under 18 years) requires parental or legal guardian consent
• Parents/guardians must be present during consultations of young children
• Guardian consent is required for all medical decisions

9. Clinic Conduct

9.1 Patient Behavior

• Maintain respectful behavior with clinic staff and other patients
• Follow clinic hygiene and safety protocols
• No smoking or alcohol consumption on clinic premises

9.2 Photography and Recording

• Photography or video recording inside the clinic is prohibited without permission
• Medical photographs are taken only with explicit patient consent

10. Liability and Indemnification

10.1 Treatment Outcomes

While we strive to provide the best homeopathic care, we cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes. Healing is a natural process that varies among individuals. We are not liable for treatment results that depend on individual response, compliance, and other factors beyond our control.

10.2 Third-Party Products

We are not responsible for the quality or effectiveness of homeopathic medicines purchased from sources other than our clinic.

11. Testimonials and Reviews

• Patient testimonials are voluntary and not solicited with incentives
• Testimonials represent individual experiences and may not reflect typical results
• We reserve the right to use anonymized testimonials for educational purposes with patient permission

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and treatment protocols, is the intellectual property of Dr. Abinash's Homeo Clinic and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

13. Website Use

• Website information is for general knowledge and does not constitute medical advice
• Do not use website content for self-diagnosis or self-treatment

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through amicable discussion. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pathankot, Punjab, India.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and displayed at our clinic. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
